Satomi's Photo Shoot in Flowers

Got some flowers from a friend today and decided to take a little photo shoot. :)

Fish Fingers and Custard....

     Being the Whovian I am, I decided it was time to try fish fingers and custard. :) It tasted much better than I thought it would and was an interesting mix of flavors. I do think this will be on my future menu, it made a good lunch!

     I completely forgot about this photo I took of Satomi when I went Kansas City to visit some friends. While we were there we made trip to a cemetery and this is a result from that trip.

Snow Photos!!!!

     So I went just a little crazy with the photos, but I don't think anyone will mind. And I had a blast taking them! Was quite fun walking through the deep snow and deciding where to put her next.

Snow Day!!!

     So I got the day off work 'cause we have about a foot off snow piled here on the ground. And it's still falling! I thought the snow banked on the window looked lovely and took a couple of photos. But it looked bland on it's own, so I got Satomi and used her to add a pop of color. I love the way they turned out. And I think I just might go take a snow shoot outside later!

My Baby Doll is Complete!

So I realized I never did get around to uploading the photos of the baby I was working on. I ended up naming her Chikako. And here they are now!

Her lovely purple eyes! Had a wonderful time putting her together. Painting a doll is always fun. :D

Dolls I've Been Working On........

     I've been working on a couple of dolls lately, this tiny gal I put together for a friend, I used this base body. And used watercolor pencils and soft pastels to paint her all up. She has a fur wig. And I designed and made the dress she's wearing. Was so much fun putting her together! :D

     The pure dark purple eyes that arrived yesterday! So excited about her coming together. I think I've found fabric for the body, it's out of stock right now. But as soon as it's back, I'm going to order some. :D
